Japanese Cheese Cake is currently happening in Indonesia, well many newly opened cheese cake stalls found in every mall or bazars and festivals. But this one is different than their competitor, because it is melted. Yes, molten cheese cake. So we decided to give Kibo a go.
The stall is located in the Dotonburi Foodtown on second floor PIK Avenue Mall and easy to find.

We ordered Matcha Molten and Original Molten mini. Surprisingly, the mini isn't very mini after all and bigger in size than the standard mini cheese cake, like twice.
The kibo mini costs Rp30,000 one and if you buy four it's Rp100,000.

For the taste it is not very sweet. The texture is very soft and fragile, but it is not melted like the lava cake kind of molten. When leave in room temperature and microwaved, it melted a little bit, but like the whole structure of the cake is melted too not just the center of it.

Overall
Overall we would come back to buy this again, this molten cheese cake is a new thing in the Japanese Cheese Cake game. The price to quantity comparison is also better than its competitors.
